The pattern making process
is simply managing the customers data very
efficiently (in various forms) to
create tooling capable of supporting the casting process requirements, from
proof of concept parts to full production parts in most ferrous and non-ferrous
alloys.
Our skilled pattern makers
and casting engineers will complete a mold study based on casting design and
requirements, using 3D modeling they will draft, part, calculate shrinkage,
complete solidification models, gate and riser each casting design. The
pattern/core
boxes will then be CNC machined. After machining final rigging of
core boxes and patterns is completed for delivery to the customer.
